We recently completed another exciting project in the City of Merrill, Wisconsin (WI) and are encouraging discussions between neighboring jurisdictions to guide the future of public utilities, the development process and a proposed boundary agreement. The final report is now available here!

LandUse|USA recently collaborated with Teska Associates of Evanston, Illinois (IL) on an exciting project in Prairie Grove, Illinois. 04/19/10 LandUse|USA Celebrates Completion of Several Michigan Projects

This past year we completed a number of exciting market strategies and feasibility studies in our home State of Michigan (MI). We completed developer-funded housing feasibility studies for the Jackson Community Action Agency and Traverse City Housing Commission; a business campus assessment for the City of Coldwater, and downtown market strategies for the Village of Ravenna and Rogers City.
